遊び心を大切にする学び人 —— Playful Learner
フォトグラファー ／ 研究者（人間科学博士、MFA）
株式会社電通にて30年以上にわたり事業開発領域を中心に、産官学連携プロジェクトに携わる。在職中より写真家としても活動し、国内外で個展を開催。
京都芸術大学大学院芸術研究科にて、地域のフィールド調査に基づく映像と写真による研究を行い、2014年に修士課程を修了。2015年には地方移住促進プロジェクトを立ち上げ、「越境的学び」の可能性に着目する。
2020年に独立後、2022年に早稲田大学大学院人間科学研究科博士後期課程を修了。2024年より東京大学大学院情報学環特任研究員。
現在は、「越境的学び」を促す学習環境とライフキャリア形成について、プレイフルネスの視点から研究と実践を続けている。東京・湯河原・米国オレゴンの三拠点を行き来する多拠点生活が、日々の洞察と創造の源泉となっている。
Photographer / Researcher (Ph.D., MFA) Playful Learner
Worked for over 30 years at Dentsu Inc., primarily in business development, spearheading industry–government–academia collaborative projects. Alongside this, actively pursued a practice as a photographer, holding solo exhibitions in Japan and internationally.
Completed a Master of Fine Arts at Kyoto University of the Arts in 2014, conducting research through film and photography based on regional fieldwork. In 2015, initiated a project promoting regional relocation, focusing on the potential of “boundary-crossing learning.”
Became independent in 2020. Completed a Ph.D. in Human Sciences at Waseda University in 2022. Since 2024, serves as a Project Researcher at the Interfaculty Initiative in Information Studies, the University of Tokyo.
Currently engaged in research and practice on learning environments and life-career development that foster “boundary-crossing learning,” from the perspective of playfulness. A life lived across three bases—Tokyo, Yugawara, and Southern Oregon—continues to be a source of daily insight and creative inspiration.
